Roopam Garg becomes the CEO of DentsuX India

Dentsu India is delighted to announce that it is going to appoint Roopam Garg as the CEO for Dentsu X (dX) India, effective immediately.

Previously Roopam was in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of dX for the last five years. Now he has been assigned to lead the award-winning media agency of Dentsu India and hasten its growth in the nation.

DentsudX India is currently offering desegregated communication solutions with its three agency brands: Dentsu X-matrix, Dentsu X-palette, and Dentsu X-Cubic Roopam Garg, when he was the Chief Operating Officer, he had a great part in hastening the growth and development of Dentsu X to become the most dominating agency in India – RECMA 2021.

He has held the roles of senior leadership as Managing Director of Public Groupe Vietnam and also the COO of Zenith Media Group India. With his twenty years of experience in the field of media and communication, possessing senior leadership roles across five markets or regions in India, Vietnam, Mena, China, and London.

Roopam is going to lead a powerful team of media specialists and will be accountable for carrying forward the learnings of absolute integrated Brand and Consumer interaction in order to propel supportive communication planning for the businesses of clients.

Although Roopam is the CEO of Dentsu X India, he is still going to report to the CEO of Media-South Asia, Divya Karani. Aligned with the global plan of transforming into the world’s most integrated group by 2024, dX India’s growth story will further accelerate Dentsu India 2.0.
