Sandeep Bhushan, Director of Meta Business Group, has announced his idea to quit Meta. He has had seven years of connection with the company.
This news was shared through his LinkedIn account by sharing a post and said, “Calling Half Time.” In the post, he also said that he wants to share with everyone that sometime at the end of this year, he would leave Meta groups to start the next phase of his professional life.
He said that he had completed 25 years of his career life with this month. Meta group’s perspective of work and life integration is expressed clearly in a philosophy called ‘Fuel’, and he had articulated a different way around this life stage as part of his shared Fuel goals. He is keen to go more profoundly into the social sector and build new learning muscles that can steer his contribution for the next 25 years.
Over the last seven years, he has had the freedom and opportunity to do the most impactful work at Meta company. He also said that this had been an empowering and enriching experience, and he has been blessed with the most generous connections with many talented colleagues and many strong relationships across the industry. He is sure that it is evident to everyone that he has interacted with the extent to which he will cherish this organization and its culture, and will continue to do so. Above everything else, he says, he is the proudest of the India teams and leaders who have built this fantastic business over the last many years.
Sandeep Bhushan, who has worked hard for the company, places this company very close to his heart. He adds to his announcement that he will be on a listening and reflection term for a while as he has planned the details ahead. But before that, he will be working and contributing to the Meta company like before for the next few months to develop all possible growth support to Ajit Mohan and his team for their ambitious plans for Meta group’s business and social impact in India.”
