Housing.com, the country’s foremost full-stack online real estate platform, is nearing the first anniversary of its big launch with a unique and amusing commercial campaign starring Manoj Bajpayee and Rajkumar Rao.

Following current social media trends, the company recently released a funny yet engaging song as part of its “#YahanSearchKhatamKaro” social media campaign.

Search for #Yahan Khatam Karo strengthens Housing.com’s position as the premier full-stack digital real estate platform, servicing all home buying, selling, renting, and related needs. It is owned by REA India.

The TV commercial starring Manoj Bajpyee and Rajkumar Rao was a huge hit, reaching over 100 million people across several platforms.

With the release of this new song in the coming months, Housing.com hopes to engage with 10 million consumers across its social media platforms.

Through its Housing Edge platform, the Gurgaon-based company will now provide legal guidance and support from some of the country’s top-rated legal specialists. Customers that use the services of PropTiger.com or Makaan.com, the other two brands owned by REA India in addition to Housing.com, would be able to use these services as well.

These legal aid businesses will help purchasers and investors with their property purchases.

According to the company, consumer surveys have revealed that this is a big pain point for consumers, and new services will go a long way toward solving that need.

Clients will be able to obtain legal services from the firm in a variety of places across the country.

Homebuyers who use the Housing Edge platform will not only obtain answers to all of their legal questions, but they will also receive aid in drafting and executing property-related documents such as the sale deed and the agreement for sale. According to the company, it would also provide purchasers and investors with advice on property title and registration.

REA India is a nationwide company with 14 locations around the country, with its headquarters in Gurugram, Haryana. As part of its commercial expansion goals in South India, Housing.com has announced the commencement of operations in the towns of Coimbatore and Vizag.

The move by the REA India-owned web platform comes at a time when the country is seeing a rebound in housing sales following a lull caused by the coronavirus pandemic. This move is part of the company’s plan to extend its operations in India’s tier-II cities.
