The platform’s practical-based learning delivered through these training will skill students in in-demand skills and boost their employability. Internshala Training commits to becoming a mentor for college students, assisting them in overcoming perplexity, professional anxiety, and a lack of practical knowledge. The platform claims to aid students in achieving their career goals through practice-based learning, one-on-one question answering, and much-needed placement support.
Shadab Alam, Head Of Internshala Trainings, stated at the inauguration of #ShuruaatYahinSe, “Students graduating from college and not getting placed is a big problem.” It is also a significant stigma in our society, which is bad for those students. With our effort, #ShuruaatYahinSe, we hope to address such critical difficulties encountered by Indian college students by encouraging them to become trained and job-ready to give their careers the best possible start.” The overarching idea of the campaign is – This summer, Karo apne career ki #ShuruaatYahinSe (start your career from here) because we (Internshala Trainings) will make sure to offer you the most incredible start!
As part of the campaign, Internshala Trainings has created a series of three ad videos focusing on the challenges college students face: perplexity, practical knowledge, and placement. In one of these three commercials, a befuddled final-year college student is steered by his elder brother onto the appropriate professional path.
The brother recommends Internshala training as the initial step for establishing a profession. The commercials also emphasise the significance of hands-on training and practical learning to become employable. The ad film series has been released on social media platforms to reach college students and their parents.
Hitesh Bhatia, the ad film’s director, stated, “We believe that YouTube and OTT content is increasingly popular among today’s youngsters.” As a result, we brought two popular OTT platform faces. Ritvik Sahore is well recognised for the Amazon Prime series Laakhon Mein Ek and the iconic TVF series FLAMES, while Vaibhav Gupta is well known for the popular Sony Liv web series Gullak. We also wanted the ad film to be relatable, which is why the short features young people. The goal is to reach the appropriate people with the correct message.”
Internshala Training created the campaign with the idea that the summer is the busiest time for college students looking for training and internships. The career-tech platform provides hands-on training in in-demand skills. Internshala Training offers approximately 23 programming courses, 14 business and management courses, 18 core engineering courses, 12 data science courses, 8 design courses, and 5 creative arts courses. So far, the platform has trained over 5 million pupils.
