Sightsavers India is a development organization that works to protect the eyesight and the rights of people with disabilities. It has launched the “Disability Employability Campaign” in Jharkhand. The campaign was launched in partnership with the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS).
This marketing campaign was aimed for the aid of using Sightsavers and JSLPS and to create recognition about incapacity and sell identical employment possibilities for men and women with disabilities in personal zone organizations throughout India.

Businesses have the potential to help people with disabilities find work. They can get started and with their help, they can make a huge difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
Sightsavers launched the ‘A manual, Pathways to Inclusive Employment – The Employer’s Guide’- to encourage inclusive practices by private companies. Disabled people have skills and talents that need to be recognized. This is only possible when they are given a fair opportunity to compete.
The Sightsavers is working to fulfill this very objective.
