Directions:
In a bowl, take 250 grams of Kuttu ka Atta and add rock salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, green chilies, oil, carom seeds, and 1 tablespoon of ghee. Mix well.
Add water gradually to form a tight dough.
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes, covering it with a clean, damp cloth to help it set and absorb excess moisture.
After 5 minutes, divide the dough into small portions and roll them into small puris.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Fry the puris until they turn golden brown.
