Sreeparna Gupta has joined Rediffusion’s Kolkata office as Branch Head & Head of Client Servicing, the company stated.
Sreeparna has worked in advertising and marketing communications in Kolkata for more than ten years. She began her career in advertising with Rediffusion and afterwards worked for other prestigious companies and agencies in the area.
Her career has been filled with firsts where she has played a crucial part in creating new brands. In a first-of-its-kind initiative, Sreeparna conceptualised an engagement idea where the newspaper carried a masthead designed by children as part of the Holi campaign, which was an instant hit with the public. These include the launch of STAR Jalsa and the channel’s top shows; the launch of EiSamay, Times of India Group’s first Bengali newspaper, where her fresh perspectives in marketing contributed to the growth of the brand from the ground up to become a popular choice in the region.
Sreeparna has experience in a variety of fields, including media, e-commerce, building, real estate, jewellery, and FMCG. Some of the most renowned companies, including Tata Steel, ITC, Times of India, ABP, STAR TV, and Century Ply, are included in her portfolio as a communications specialist.
