20th April 2022: Maggi, the instant noodle company, has enlisted Suresh Raina to help launch a new ad to commemorate its long history with cricket.
McCann Erikson India conceptualized and executed the campaign, which consists of various advertisements across multiple media featuring Raina and exploits cricketing nuances to build a stronger relationship with cricket fans. The commercials depict various scenarios in which friends are watching cricket and having fun conversations about the sport and how Maggi makes it more enjoyable.
MAGGI has captured the imagination of the entire nation throughout its 40-year life in India, and has been savored on a variety of occasions – MAGGI in the mountains, evening 4 p.m. MAGGI, watching TV MAGGI, and so on. MAGGI and Cricket are one such popular events. To strengthen this bond, MAGGI has launched a new campaign to honor cricket, for which it has enlisted the help of renowned Indian cricketer Suresh Raina.
Suresh Raina is featured in a new MAGGI commercial to promote cricket. The campaign features Suresh Raina in a variety of commercials across numerous media and pokes fun at cricketing nuances using MAGGI Masala Noodles. The commercials depict numerous scenarios in which friends are watching cricket and having entertaining chats about the sport, as well as how MAGGI provides more than simply a cricket match, but an experience.
The campaign is a testament to the memorable moments brought to life by MAGGI when it comes to cricket, according to Rajat Jain, head – of foods business, Nestle India.
