On Wednesday, the social networking site ShareChat announced that it reached a deal to distribute its music library on its channels with the music label T-Series. A statement said that the partnership would contribute to a better experience with ShareChat and quick video app Moj.

The social networking site also said that ShareChat and Moj users could now discover hundreds and thousands of songs from the T-Series music library and connect to their own videos and hence by creating videos more interesting and vibrant.

ShareChat is an Indian social networking site that enables users of Indian languages to share their thoughts, document their lives, and create new friends. Though Moj has quietly been introduced to fill in the space left by TikTok by an Indian regional Social Networking site ShareChat. It supports 15 languages for video downloads. More than 50 thousand users have downloaded it and gave it an overall rating of 4.3 within a short time in the play store. It began almost after the immediate ban of Tiktok. More than 180 million active users on ShareChat and Moj will now access the T-Series music library songs and submit their own images.

The most-watched and most subscribed YouTube channel, with over 150 million subscribers and 120 billion views as of August 2020, is owned and managed by T-Series. Although most widely referred music company, T-Series has also achieved modest success as a film distributor. T-Series on Youtube has a multi-channel network of more than 184 million viewers on 29 networks (excluding Music from Lahari).

This partnership establishes a fresh start between the label and the social media sites, according to Bhushan Kumar, Managing Director, the T-Series. “We applaud ShareChat on reverence for the copyright and for our own principles, this moment honours the contribution of great music to social media,” he said further.

For the director of ShareChat, Berges Y Malu, music offers members of our site the finest of feelings and memories, expressing their imagination. “This collaboration with TSeries will allow our user group to navigate thousands of songs from the ShareChat and Moj T-series collection in order to communicate their feelings and share content in exciting new ways,” Malu said.

In addition, according to the President, Neeraj Kalyan, T-Series, “it is important to continue to collaborate with the owners of the copyright of the music and to build together into a shared atmosphere for the social media platform.”
