Recipe:

2 tbsp of roasted peanuts

2 tbsp of almonds

 1 cup of roasted makhana should all be added to a blender, add one glass of milk to the grinder with them.

Turmeric Soup: Turmeric has several known health advantages and has been used as a spice and medicinal herb for thousands of years in India. Recipe:

One onion is sautéed in one tablespoon of heated ghee until it turns translucent.

 Moringa Soup: Drumsticks are a great source of iron and can aid in system cleaning. Also used to cure stomach troubles that many people complain about during this season. Moringa leaves and lentils are combined to make an equally soothing soup. According to Munmun, during the monsoons, Moringa is a definite necessity because the soup gives the body immunity to fight against bacterial illnesses.

Recipe:

Drumsticks should be cut into long sections and then into halves.

Cook the drumsticks in water in a pan until they are finished.

Remove the fried drumsticks’ flesh and discard the skin after straining the stock and setting it aside.

Drumstick flash, 1/4 cup finely chopped onions, 2 cloves finely chopped garlic, and 1 teaspoon ghee heated through.

Blend the ingredients, then add the pureed mixture to a pan along with the saved stock.

Add 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and cumin powder.

The soup should be heated before simmering for a while.

Just before serving,

Add 3 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander leaves.
