Taco Bell is planning to launch a new restaurant concept in 2021 and it named as Taco Bell Go Mobile. The Go Mobile concept is to place the orders through the mobile app. The Go Mobile restaurant concept will help the customers to pick up their orders from their convenient places and also if the diners choose the suggested path by Taco Bell for the pickup they will earn loyalty points.
The Go Mobile concept will bring a change in the customer mindsets, The whole customers will start using the mobile app to place the food order. The Go Mobile locations have certain facilities like a traditional drive-thru lane and a priority drive-thru lane, that makes the customers order through the Taco Bell application.
The Integrated smart kitchen technology in the Chain’s app will help to recognize the arrival of the customer. The chain’s app will identify that customer and lead them to the most faster service at that time. It may be either the priority drive-thru lane or designated parking spaces for contactless curbside pickup. For the digital pickup, there will be shelves inside the store.
In the current pandemic, situation maintaining social distance is mandatory so the Taco Bell brings the customers new experience of ordering through mobile for ensuring the safety of the customers. Taco Bell is providing separate drive-thru lanes to maintain customer loyalty by providing faster service to the customer. The new smart kitchen technology from the chain app can also guide the staff for effectively preparing food by reducing the waiting time.

The Go Mobile restaurants will be 1,325 square feet compared to regular Taco Bell outlets, with an average of 2,500 square feet. Both drive-thrus and curbside pick-up orders are operating by the team members known as ‘bellhops’.The existing restaurants of Taco Bell are also upgrading to the new technology, to make the service faster and easier with the help of the Franchise. They are also planning to implement the technology in urban restaurants and cantinas.
