Taj Hotels and Rediffusion launches “DEKHO DESH APNA”

As India observes its 75th year of independence, Taj hotels, a subsidiary of Indian Hotels Company Limited collaborates with Rediffusion to invite all the citizens to advance towards a rejuvenating journey to explore fathomless destinations in India by their campaign “DEKHO DESH APNA”.

Rediffusion is the most iconic advertising agency group founded in 1973 by Diwan Arun Nanda, Ajit Balakrishnan and Mohammed Khan. The agency group handles Tata Sons, Tata Motors, Parle, TVS Tyres, L&T, Taj, Eveready, to name a few.

India is graced with the most picturesque travel destinations along with its significant history attracting tourists from all over the world. This campaign brings a chance to create significant moments in beautiful places in India.

It is a 15 days tour phase along with myriad destinations, featured journeys of Palaces, West Coast Delights, a Kerala journey of 3 nights, a tour of the Mughal Circuit, Southern Hillock, Aravalli Trails and, much more.

The “DEKHO DESH APNA” offer’s booking date is valid up to the 7th of September. With around 84 hotels to choose from, in the finest cities, one can choose the best-preferred hospitality destinations. The stay date extends up to the 31st of October 2021 for stays. The itineraries are accessible at exclusive rates until March 31, 2022.

This campaign goes as far as holding a contest to share a favourite travel moment captured at any of Taj, SeleQtions or Vivanta hotels and gifting the winner a gift card worth INR 5,000.

The tourism industry faced a low growth rate of 4.7% in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The government, therefore, launched packages for the tourism sector providing free Visa to 5 lakh tourists.
