Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) owned by Tata Motors unveiled its most recent fleet of cars. These Jaguar Land Rover James Bond cars are to be seen in the new Spectre film that is set to be released globally in October.
The lineup including Range Rover Sport SVR, Jaguar C-X75 and the iconic model Land Rover Defender were showcased at the Frankfurt Motor Show. In fact, these models stole the show at the event. The upcoming James Bond film Spectre features the actors Naomie Harris and David Bautista and these actors posed with the newly launched vehicles. This was the first public view of the vehicles.
Harris who plays the role Miss Moneypenny was first seen in Skyfall, the 2012 James Bond film. He stated that he made his Bond debut in the film Defender and that he has many fond memories while shooting for the film’s sequence in Istanbul. He claimed that is a special franchise to be a part of the same and that he is thrilled to be in Frankfurt with the team of Jaguar Land Rover.
Spectre is the 24th movie in the Bond franchise. The film will feature the model Jaguar C-X75 driving through the streets of Rome in moonlight in one of the most iconic high speed chasing scenes in the movie.
The C-X75 supercar is the most advanced model created by Jaguar so far. It comes with the JLR Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) along with the development partner, Willams Advanced Engineering that has its headquarters in Oxfordshire in England.
Bautista playing Mr Hinx in the film Spectre claimed that to have the chance of being a part of the iconic chasing scene in a James Bond movie as well drive the C-X75 car was a dream. He stated that it is a beautiful beast that will go down in the film’s history.
For JLR, it is an opportunity to showcase its production and it is looking forward to continue its relationship in the future.
