Mumbai, 28 July 2023: TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship, India’s largest privately owned Degree Apprenticeship program from the house of TeamLease Services, has partnered with Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd, a prominent player in the affordable housing finance sector, to bridge the skills gap and enhance the competence of 500 apprentices. This strategic partnership aims to create a highly skilled sales workforce through specialized training tailored to the housing finance industry.
With a shared commitment to nurturing talent and bridging the skills gap in the sales domain, TeamLease Degree Apprenticeship and Aadhar Housing Finance have designed a customized degree-linked apprenticeship program focused on enhancing the sales acumen of aspiring individuals. This unique program will cover a wide range of topics, including sales techniques, product knowledge, customer relationship management, market analysis, and compliance. In addition, Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd plans to hire more apprentices in the near future, further contributing to the growth and development of skilled professionals in the industry.
