Diversity breakthrough as 60% of intake are women

 

Technip Energies, a world-leading engineering and technology player for the energy transition, has onboarded 317 young trainees in India this year through its campus outreach programme across its offices in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Modular Manufacturing Yard in Dahej, Gujarat. This talent acquisition drive included participation in campus placements across leading engineering institutions  including IITs and NITs.

 

Notably, around 60% of these hires are women, reaffirming Technip Energies’ commitment to gender equality and diversity. Globally, Technip Energies has 30.5% women employees and 22% women in leadership positions, aligning with the company’s ambitious targets. In 2023, Technip Energies hired 52% women in its global graduate intake.
