Telangana 28 October 2023: Intermediate Student Chittla Karthik handed over a pencil portrait to BRS Party 16 Ward Councillor Narsireddy SrinivasReddy on the latter’s birthday at his office in Bowrampet on Saturday. The teenager said the portrait is a token of gratitude to the BRS party leader for the welfare activities undertaken in the Bowrampet locality of Medchal district.
Chittla Karthik, a 2nd yr CEC Student & {NCC Cadet}, from Sri. V Geetha Bhoopal Reddy, Govt. Junior College, (English Medium), RC.Puram, Patancheru, Hyderabad.
During the Covid-19 outbreak, Karthik along with his elder brother Kundan made a pencil portrait of TRS Working President Mr. Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao, as a token of love on the special occasion of his Birthday.
Karthik took up portrait painting as a hobby and drew several portraits on the birthday occasion of public figures like Telangana CM KCR, Kalvakuntla Kavitha, Finance Minister Harish Rao and Rachakonda Commissioner Mahesh Bhaghavath, Dr Sharat IAS Sangareddy Collector, Bollywood actor Sonu Sood & Frontline Warriors Media, Police, Doctor’s… in the past. During the lockdown period, both siblings have presented nearly 82 pencil portraits of the front-line warriors. The period allowed them to explore their inner creative nature through the inspiration from their elder brother Srinath, say Karthik and Kundan.
So far, Karthik has 81 pencil portraits and more than 130 mixed art paintings under his belt while his brother Kundan presented 25 pencil art portraits.
