In what is seen as a revolutionary step, BMW i3 was unveiled simultaneously in London, New York and Beijing. The new BMW i3 which has got a sporting look like every BMW car achieves a top speed of 130 to 160 km.
Speaking about the launch of BMW i3, Norbert Reithofer, Chairman, Board of Management, BMW AG said, “Innovation drives change. The i3 is more than just a car. It’s a revolutionary step towards sustainable mobility. It is purpose-built around an electric power train to serve the needs of our megacity customers.”
