Niyyatii Gala has studied fashion and is a stylist by profession. She also had her label of her own. As the recession hit the country, her
work came to a halt. The birth of her child and the time on her hands led her to discover her love for baking as she came across a baking workshop that instantly caught her attention. After that, the rest as they say is history! She founded The Baking Gurl and grew her clientele base. Niyyatii pursued her certification and became a certified patisserie chef from 32 Degree Studio for the City & Guilds. With 100+ items on her ever-growing menu, The Baking Gurl is on its way to becoming a big brand name in the baking industry.
