The Goop Pursuit will take you through thought-provoking conversations with goop editors, experts, and Gwyneth Paltrow herself and help listeners embark on an intimate journey of learning and unlearning societal norms in the wellness space & beyond. Each 90-minute instalment of the series delves into life’s most significant pillars: pleasure, healing, beauty, and transitions guided by curious and open-minded hosts. Below is a short description of what each episode entails: 

  1. “Leaning into Pleasure”

Gwyneth Paltrow converses with Penda N’diaye, Writer, Founder of Pro Hoe (an organisation for sexual well-being education for women of colour), along with three women of different ages about being “detectives of their own pleasure” and exploring the different ways to experience pleasure. 

  1. “Healing in a Sick Society”

In this episode, Psychiatrist Will Siu, MD, will take listeners on a journey to better understand our potential to heal. He shares his personal story of healing trauma and what he’s learned from existing research, his patients, and two foundational experts and personal mentors. Siu will also envision and outline a holistic and more human approach to healing, connecting, and expanding.

  1. “Finding Beauty”

Author, LGBTQIA+ Activist, and Beauty Maven Jodie Patterson will explore Beauty through intimate interviews with her personal “collage of women”— dynamic friends, mentors, and public figures from whom she draws inspiration and confidence. She will share her relationship to beauty— how she redefined her understanding and belief in beauty and what drew her back to the transformative power it holds for all of us today.

  1. “Coming Home to Yourself”
