The College Rivals truck served as an esports haven, covering a distance exceeding 4700 kilometers as it ventured into Hyderabad, the second city in its nationwide journey after Delhi. In Hyderabad, College Rivals attracted a massive daily influx of participants, averaging around 600- 800 visitors per day – a testament to the intense excitement and engagement that the event has generated within the esports community.
The collegiate esports tournament made a significant impact online, successfully reaching millions of esports fans with more than 50 million video views. This level of engagement truly signifies a revolution in the world of esports. Overall, more than 44000 students registered for six different game categories, including Battleground Mobile India (BGMI), Counter-Strike, FIFA 2023, Road to Valor: Empires, Valorant, and Tekken 7. Concluding the online qualifier round in Hyderabad, the grand climax of the Hyderabad Finale, concluding in the last two days promises to deliver a thrilling gaming experience with fierce competition.
The College Rivals gaming truck was right at the heart of the thrilling event, capturing the attention of students and igniting their passion. Within the campus premises, students found themselves fully immersed in heart-pounding interactive games, engaging with renowned gamers and influencers, such as IFlicks & Bope Dope, and enjoying electrifying musical interludes.
