Tata Housing Development Company (THDC), one of India’s largest real estate developers, has launched its ‘Right Home, Right Now’ festive campaign across the country.
The campaign will focus on reducing the home buyer’s buying path in order to provide a magnificent home buying experience with unique incentives while keeping in mind customer expectations such as low financing rates against the backdrop of an economic slowdown during the pandemic‘s second wave.
“Right Home, Right Now,” which debuted on the first day of the auspicious festival of Navratri, allows clients to pay only 0.99 percent fixed interest rate for one year, with Tata Housing covering the remainder.
As part of the festive fun, Tata Housing has set up a ‘RIGHT HOME RIGHT NOW ZONE’ on-site, where customers may get a gift certificate worth up to Rs. 3 lakhs, depending on the home, after making a reservation.
The voucher will be issued after the ten percent payment has been made and the property has been registered. In addition, the consumer would receive a rebate of up to 2 lakhs on their booking.
The campaign is being run across 15 Tata Housing projects in 8 cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Delhi NCR, Kasauli, and others, featuring ready-to-move-in (RTMI) and under-construction houses.
The plan will be in effect until November 28, 2021.
The plan was announced during a PAN India Channel Partner meeting, which brought together 2000 channel partners from around the world to help house buyers get the best amenities and huge areas at an unbeatable price.

Customers who take advantage of the Christmas offer will be able to get a house loan with a low interest rate of 0.99 percent for a period of 12 months, reducing their monthly payments.
Print ads, outdoor commercials, and BTL activations will all be part of the national media campaign.
Despite the increased emphasis on online channels, the physical aspect of home purchase remains an important part of the decision-making process.
As a result, we’re seeking to increase site visits with the launch of the Right Home Right Now initiative and on-site zone, where customers can win up to INR 3 lakh in rewards.
