According to Magicbricks after the pandemic crisis the most searched cities by the people for buying properties high scales to top three metropolitan cities – Mumbai, Pune, and Banglore reveals the report of how India searched for properties in 2021.
Multi-story apartments are the top searched and the most preferred choice by the people and according to Magicbricks about 67% of buyers searched for apartments and almost 45% searched for builder floor apartments in New Delhi.
The CEO of the Magibricks seeing the percentage scale stated how India searches for property changes according to the situation and after the pandemic crisis, the most searched property turns in apartments. He also added that Magicbricks always look into the new trends and recent developments in this space.
High demand over affordable homes for both buying and renting comes second by him, to which he also added we can see the surge of consumer confidence rising and spell a difference in the overall Indian Real estate sector.
Adding on to the report, 2BHK and 3BHK were the most square feet ratio for the apartments by the people and mainly the audience goes to a three-family or two-family. 2BHK stole the store Mumbai city and in Pune with 39% and 44% the rest.
Bangalore stands out in the list as the city is noted for the high-scale configuration, comprising 3BHK and 4BHK. According to Magicbricks, about 33% of people are searching for home properties priced within 50 lakhs.
This followed by 20% shares of properties falling between 50-70 lakhs of Indian money. Properties that ranged between 70 lakhs to 1 CR grabbed 14% of buyers.
Later it was observed that rental properties ranging up to 25,000 Rupees per month were the most searched with 75% shares across the cities and 18% of rental properties range between 25,000 – 50,000.
Most searched localities for rent across India in 2021 were properties between 25,000 – 50,000 Rupees per month in Bnaglore’s Whitefiled. Delhi’s Noida ranges the next most searched properties for rent ranging the Rupees less than 20,000.
Semi-furnished properties rangled the scale of 50% across the cities and non-furnished with a scale of 34% in 2021.
The top searched places to rent a property include Whitefiled Banglore, Noida extension Delhi, Saket Delhi, Gachibwoli Hyderabad, Sarjapur Road Banglore. The same list preceded for buying a home, adding on Wakad Pune, Baner Pune, and Andheri West MMR.
