Mumbai, Maharashtra, 16 September 2021 – Renowned Yoga Guru and Director of The Yoga Institute, Dr. Hansaji Yogendra, has launched her book, Sattvik Cooking – Modern Avatars of Vedic Foods. The book, infusing the best of Yoga and Ayurveda, is a relevant offering for people worried about their health in increasingly fast-paced lives with erratic and mindless eating habits.
