Timios initiate to directly connect with consumers: Starts using Whatsapp based Bot service

Timios is a Bangalore based company that specializes in providing packaged healthy snacks for children. Recently Timios launched a Whatsapp based Bot service to connect and directly sell its products to its consumers. This Whatsapp based Bot service has been adopted so that the brand could have a direct focus on the consumer channel, explore their new category of consumers, and maintain a constant relationship with the existing consumers.

The target population of these brands was mainly babies, toddlers, and school going kids. Timios has a range of products designed for this category. The time taken to make a direct order is much less and seamless experience compared to buying indirectly.

Timios was founded by Mr. Aswani Chaitanya and his sister Hima Bindhu in the year 2016. These siblings came up with this brand when they realized that there are no age-appropriate snacks for kids in India. Unlike other developed countries, a combination of healthy and tasty snacks was not available in our local markets.
