Their multitasking abilities, empathy, and attention to detail result in better patient outcomes and overall hospital success.  Celebrating women is not just about acknowledging their hard work, but also recognizing their unique perspectives and contributions. By valuing and celebrating women in our hospital, we wish to create a more inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to bring their best selves to work. Let’s continue to uplift and honor the incredible women who make such a difference every day. During our Woman’s Day events, we provided various activities aimed at helping women relax and feel appreciated.  It was heartwarming to see these incredible women leave with renewed energy and appreciation for themselves. It is important to remember that celebrating women should not be limited to a single day but should be a continuous effort throughout the year.”
