Inspired by the vibrant streets of Xi’an, China, this festival presents an exquisite fusion of Chinese cuisine paired with the lively spirit of Mexico, specially curated for Mumbai’s discerning food enthusiasts.
Xi’an, famous for its legendary terracotta warriors and rich street food culture, serves as the inspiration for this unique culinary celebration. Xi’an Silk Route offers a meticulously curated menu that marries the bold flavors of Xi’an cuisine with the zestful spirit of Tequila. The Asian-style tapas thoughtfully with an extension of Tequila cocktails highlight the richness of China and Mexico. Guests can look forward to a symphony of flavors that seamlessly blend traditional Chinese ingredients with Mexican spices, resulting in a harmonious fusion of tastes.
The menu boasts an array of delectable dishes like Suan Tang Jiaozi (Pan-seared dumplings filled with spicy sour cream and crab), Rao Jia Mo (Soft, fluffy flatbread wrapped around tender lamb), Biang Biang Mian (Hand-pulled noodles tossed in a savory sauce), and Xian Skewers (Marinated meat and vegetable skewers grilled to perfection), amongst many others.
