Neha Singh has joined Trilegal as Counsel, bringing her expertise in
aviation law, aircraft leasing, procurement, finance, regulatory compliance, and policy
to the firm. With over 13 years of experience, Neha has established a strong track
record of advising multinational and Indian clients on complex aviation sector
transactions.
Prior to her role at Trilegal, Neha served as Senior Legal Counsel for Leasing and
Procurement at flynas, managing high-stakes negotiations and contract management.
She also worked as an Associate Partner in the Corporate Commercial practice at
Link Legal in Delhi and earned her law degree from the University of Delhi’s Campus
Law Centre in 2009.
Neha has been recognized by Legal 500 as a leading aviation lawyer in India.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated with major international lessors, banks,
and financial institutions, helping them navigate the complexities of aviation law. She
has also worked closely with the Government of India and the Aviation Working
Group on initiatives to enhance India’s aircraft leasing market, including the
implementation of the Cape Town Convention.
