As part of the brand’s continued growth, gift brand Fern N Petals has launched its first TVC “Emotions Gift Wrapped” featuring top Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor and actress Janhvi Kapoor.
One step ahead with enhanced brand ethos, the brand celebrates emotions by being at the center of it all. As part of the strategy, the campaign includes two brand new films that showcase the emotions and feelings of gift giving, gracefully rendered by onscreen duo Anil Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor.
This brand has launched in 21 states across multiple mediums, both digital and over 1000 multiplex screens- PVR and Inox, the campaign is supported by a cariety of ATL and BTL advertising initiatives. Digitally amplified TVC on social media has reached 65 million views.
Conceptualized by Mullen Lintas, TVC featured the uncle and niece duo in a surprise birthday celebration with Janhvi Kapoor surprising Anil Kapoor with a bouquet of 66 roses to celebrate his 66th birthday.
TVC only brings a new insight into how to deal with trolls, but also shares a new perspective on how to deal with everyday problems. Both TVCs are relevant, creative and individualistic, bringing joy and happiness.
Sai Thota, Ferns N Petal’s digital marketing head said that this is their first branded film initiative with an actor and actress duo that shows Ferns N Petals is all about relationship, ensuring that they share happiness and joy in every moment of our lives not only in occasions and festivals, it goes beyond it.
Sai Thota also said that as they were repositioning the brand from being a flower brand to a larger gift brand and also undergoing a change in brand identity including brand logos, they thought of reconnecting with their audience, gifting is a perfect integration in everyday life. This brand films is to celebrate the new age vibe and brings it to life that they as a brand will make a great partner when people and going through ups and down in their life.
As part of brand’s growth strategy, the brand recently revamped its logo with a new logo that represents the company’s growth from a simple florist to a multi-category gift offering solutions from beginning to end. The new logo signifies the freshness that the brand stands for.
Ferns N Petals recently secured its first round of funding with the tune of INR 200Crore from mid-market private equity firm Lighthouse, which the brand is using to improve its gifting service and delivery solutions. The aim is to provide the best gifts for all the occasions in few clicks to the customers all around the world.
The brand is also expanding internationally and currently operates in UAE, Qatar, and Singapore. The brand aims to expand its branches in overseas every two months and also to meet all everyday gifting needs.
