&TV’s new programming line-up offers a mixture of novel and unheard stories presented in the Hindi General Entertainment Channel space for the first time.
Each story gives the audience all the essential flavors of comedy, drama, and dhamkedaar entertainment.
The shows are:
BAAL SHIV – Mahadev Ki Undekhi Gatha
Throughout the history of Indian television, there have been several TV shows on Lord Shiva and his various roops. But the story of his Baal Roop has never been shown on Indian television. Fittingly titled the show portrays the story of Mahasati Anusuya and Baal Shiv, mother and son, and their eternal bond.
The Infinite and Unborn Lord Shiva has never experienced childhood and the love of a mother. To fulfill Devi Parvati’s wish, Lord Shiva takes the form of a young boy and becomes the devoted son of Mahasati Anusuya. The cast includes Aan Tiwari, Siddharth Arora, Mouli Ganguly, Krrip Kapur Suri, Anjita Poonia, Shivya Pathania, Pallavi Pradhan amongst others.
GHAR EK MANDIR – KRIPA AGRASEN MAHARAJ KI
The show is a social drama set in the time of the legendary king, Agrasen Maharaja. The story portrays the Maharaja’s principles through his avid faith, and Genda, the show’s lead protagonist, is a girl from a low-income family who was married into a rich, business family.
It’s a heartening and captivating story of faith, family, and life. The show is produced by Zee Studios and the cast comprises Shrenu Parekh, Sai Ballal, Akshay Mhatre, Kenisha Bhardwaj, Sameer Dharamadhikari, Vishal Nayak, Yamini Singh, amongst others.
AUR BHAI KYA CHAL RAHA HAI?
Set in Lucknow, the show is a situational comedy around two culturally opposite families who are forced to share the same roof and manage the day-to-day troubles of small-town living.
The show captures the enduring Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb of Lucknow through the two families, the Mishras and the Mirzas. Both the families wish to own the haveli instead of sharing it with the other, and this causes constant bickering and interesting tussles around everyday issues and incidents.
The show is produced by Amjad Hussain Sheikh and features actors like Pawan Singh, Farhana Fatema, Akansha Sharma, and Ambrish Bobby.
MAUKA-E-VARDAAT
Mauka-E-Vardaat is a thrilling weekday crime series that presents stories of fantastical crimes that challenge our understanding of reality. The cast includes famous faces like Ravi Kishan, Sapna Choudhary, Manoj Tiwari, and Mona Singh.
&TV launched ‘Mauka-E-Vardaat – Operation Vijay’ on September 27th presenting chilling stories of fantasy supervillains committing mind-blowing crimes against humanity. A special task force, ‘Operation Vijay’, of the bravest jaanbaaz police officers to combat these super-powered criminals.
The cast features famous actors like Chetan Hansraj, Piyush Sahdev, Ankit Arora, Dawood Khan, Aishwarya Raj Bakhuni, amongst others.
