Bangalore, 28 March 2024: United Telugu Kitchens (UTK), renowned for its dedication to preserving and presenting the vibrant flavors of Telugu cuisine, proudly announced the inauguration of its second outlet in Bangalore today.
This adds to their reach as they continue to extend its culinary footprint beyond Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and introducing authentic Telugu flavors to Bangalorean food enthusiasts.
Situated in the bustling neighborhood of Kadugodi, Whitefield, the new outlet showcases a meticulously curated menu, spotlighting cherished recipes passed down through generations of Telugu households. Each dish reflects the region’s rich culinary heritage, featuring indigenous ingredients and time-honored cooking techniques.
Teja Chekuri, Managing Partner, UTK, shares his excitement at the new outlet added to their network, stating, “The response and love we received for our first outing in Bangalore was overwhelming. We are confident the second outlet will be met with the same love.

UTK focuses on preserving and celebrating the traditional flavors of Telugu cuisine. Founded by Teja Chekuri, it has become popular for its dedication to high quality and authentic dishes, attracting both food lovers and experts.
Under Teja Chekuri’s ownership, UTK is a part of a group of restaurants that includes Godavari, Madras Dosa Co, Khiladi, 1947 Truly Indian, Vaanga, Passage to India, Boston Halal, Don’t Tell Aunty, and Rosebud in the US and Canada. UTK and Ishtaa are his main Indian ventures in the food industry. Additionally, he is involved as a partner in Ironhill Breweries, which owns Ironhill India breweries, and Prost.
