New Delhi, September 6, 2022: In the e-commerce industry, the third quarter of the year is often referred to as the sale quarter. Leading marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart launch sales on the occasions of Diwali, where companies get a chance to do incredible volumes of sales compared to their usual throughput.

UpScalio, a leading e-commerce rollup, has introduced some impressive structural enablements in the lead up to the sale period. These improvements are slated to bolster the reach and sales of its thirteen portfolio brands.

The company has leased about 200,000 sq ft of space across nine warehouses in leading cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata. These include both third-party logistics providers and its own warehouses. To service these warehouses, UpScalio has hired 250+ individuals who will ensure the efficiency of inventory and dispatch management.

On the fulfilment front, the company has brought on more delivery partners, taking their total reach to 20,000 pincodes. This will help them cover a delivery footprint of almost 75% of the country.

To provide ample support to the expected increase in customers, UpScalio has built out a state-of-the-art customer experience department. The team of 50+ individuals will help customers with any concerns across their purchase journey –  delivery, payment, product-related issues, warranty, and feedback.

Gautam Kshatriya, Co-Founder and CEO, UpScalio said “Our brands have been performing incredibly well in sale periods, and we want to maximise that during Diwali. While every team has been contributing to this mission, we need a strong backbone of logistics, inventory management, and customer support to cater to the demand our brands will generate. I’m confident that these new investments will lead to faster deliveries, efficient query resolution, and an all-round increase in customer delight.”
