Today launched the 15th edition of its flagship event Transformation Challenge with the digital campaign #MyBestBeginsNow (TC).
Fitness Star Vidyut Jammwal, recognized for his fitness ambitions and as one of the world’s top martial artists, is featured in the Transformation Challenge 15 promotional film, pushing everyone to be the greatest version of themselves they can be!
The exciting 12-week challenge will begin on the Fittr app on January 15, 2022, to promote a better lifestyle and develop a fitter India.

Over 100,000 people engaged in TC challenges in 2021 from 48 Indian cities throughout 23 states and 13 nations, pushing themselves and others to make a 180-degree change for their lifestyles and fitness regimes.
Nearly 66 per cent of those who took part in the challenges said their aim was fat loss, followed by 27 per cent who wanted to grow muscle and 7.5 per cent who wanted to maintain their current health.
The group believed that these challenges helped them better understand their connection with food and that they could eat anything they wanted while still staying fit.
More than 62 per cent of challengers used Fittr’s app to create their diet and fitness programs, and 64 per cent relied on a Fittr Coach or personal trainer to keep on track.
98 per cent of users saw improvements in their underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, PCOS/PCOD, and other injuries.
In 2022, there will be three Transformation Challenges, each with a prize pool of INR 1 crore, plus a grand prize of INR 1 crore, which will be announced near the end of the year. A total of INR 2 crores is being invested to instill faith and motivation in the populace so that they can participate in the 2022 Transformation Challenges.
Fittr has also introduced a new category called Family and Specially Abled, in this edition. Winners from each of the Senior Citizen, Partner, Family, and Specially Abled categories will receive INR 1 lakh in cash.
The thrilling 12-week challenge will commence from 15th January 2022 and is being hosted on the Fittr app with an intent to promote a healthier lifestyle and develop a fitter India.
