Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli invest in factory-grounded meat products firm Blue Tribe.

Blue Tribe was innovated by Sandeep Singh and Nikki Arora Singh to offer druthers for meat-grounded products for the Indian request. Its products are made with pea, soybean, lentils, grains, Bluetribe and other protein-thick constituents. It sells factory-grounded funk momos, nuggets, and bangers, among other products.

Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma and ace cricketer Virat Kohli have invested in and will plump, plant-grounded meat brand Blue Tribe, adding to a growing number of celebrities investing in alternate businesses.

Both Sharma and Kohli are brand ambassadors of factory-grounded meat products.

“Our products aim at non-vegetarian eaters who want to switch to healthier, terrain-friendly products without compromising the taste of their favorite dishes. Our food experts and scientists have been successful in relating what gives meat its unique taste and texture, and so our products will taste, look, feel and cook exactly like meat,” said Sandeep Singh, co-founder, Blue Tribe.

Mock meat has plant favor among consumers with companies similar as Beyond Meat in the United States offering a variety of food products. Similar food generally has a lower calorie and fat content and is known to be a source of protein and fiber.

The trend has seen others back factory-grounded meat brands too.

In 2020, Bollywood couple Genelia and Ritesh Deshmukh blazoned their entrepreneurial adventure riveted on factory-grounded meat products through their company ImagineMeats. It was before reported that consumer goods company ITCLtd., is planning to launch factory- grounded meat products amid a growing consumer interest in the order.

Sharma said the couple has espoused a meat-free life. “The collaboration with Blue Tribe is a step to tell people how they can be more conscious and leave a lower impact on the earth by switching to a factory-grounded diet. We hope that further people would like to understand the need for it and therefore, help the earth and the life in it,” she said and Kohli added that he’s aware of the carbon footmark that certain foods leave before.

Lower dependence on meat, without shortchanging taste preferences can have an earth-changing impact, said the cricketer.

Kohli is among the top paid athletes in India. He’s also an active investor backing companies in the insurance technology space, fashion as well as gift operation orders.
