In collaboration with FCB India, Vistara has evolved the safety video. The videos will be played in both Hindi and English. The main aim of the video is to display safety instructions in a visually enchanting manner to hold the interest and attention of customers. It also aims to take customers on a relaxing journey to some of the most attractive locations across the different parts of India, exploring the best of what the country has to offer as a travel destination.
This is the first time that an airline of Indian origin has gone beyond aircraft cabins to illustrate flight safety features. Vistara has also become the first airline in India to convey the safety messages through sign languages in this video.
The safety video was recorded in over 14 days in cities including four Indian states and a Union Territory. The video was featured by a senior member of the airline’s cabin crew and a certified Yoga instructor. The shooting of the video was started in Ladakh against the spectacular backdrop of Pangong Lake and inside the Chemrey Monastery. It drops down south to the Kannur beach and the historic leftovers of Hampi in Karnataka. Then to the east on the Dawki river in Meghalaya, and finally to the grandiose cliffs of Malshej in Western Ghats of Maharashtra.
Most of the safety videos go hidden which are playing in the background on our flights, but this one keeps you hooked from the very beginning. The essence of Yoga clubbed with the inspiring offbeat Indian destinations, wrap the safety briefing in the fabric of Incredible India. It gives passengers something special to watch.
