WazirX, one of India’s most popular cryptocurrency exchanges, has partnered with MoEngage, a leading insights-driven consumer engagement platform, to boost Web3 and Crypto acceptance in the country. WazirX plans to establish and maintain various digital touchpoints across their customers’ journeys using MoEngage’s expertise in journey orchestration and campaign optimization, as well as employ AI-driven insights to course-correct where necessary.
Since the 2017 bull run, bitcoin adoption has expanded all around the world. WazirX carved out a name for itself in the Indian cryptocurrency market by being one of the first and launching at the right time. Furthermore, by emphasizing the benefits of digital currencies, the exchange is effectively leading the way in terms of crypto and blockchain acceptance in India.
