Welspun gives ‘Many Reasons To Smile’ in its new ad film

Many Reasons To Smile, a new corporate ad film from the Welspun Group, has been released.

Welspun is a leading conglomerate with presence across diverse sectors, including line pipes, warehousing, infrastructure, and flooring, and is well-known among consumers for its home textiles products such as towels and bedsheets.

The goal of the corporate campaign was to raise Welspun’s profile and equity as a group firm, as well as to promote its other well-known enterprises.

The recently launched brand film highlights the tales that make Welspun warm, familiar, and real, while also bringing the brand to life in the daily lives of consumers.

As Welspun strives to make the world a better place, the film acknowledges the importance of providing many reasons to smile’ to its different stakeholders, consumers, and the communities whose lives they positively influence.

“Our ‘Many Reasons to Smile’ campaign emphasizes that we are guided by a strong consumer focus in all we do and that we are developing alongside the communities we serve and operate in.”

“The video reflects the delight of putting one’s trust in a corporation that has made its presence felt in multiple ways,” stated Dipali Goenka, CEO, and Jt. MD of Welspun India Ltd.

The digital film, which was conceptualized and implemented by Ogilvy India, shows how the Welspun Group has added value to India’s families and communities.

Universal images of happiness are creatively used in a free-flowing narrative, made in a montage style set to an original background score: children playing with water; an old couple caught in the rain having their hair dried by their grandchildren with towels; a mother and daughter building a tent out of bedsheets.

This just goes to show how the Welspun Group has provided these people a lot of reasons to grin.

“Making this ad was an intriguing exercise,” Piyush Pandey, Chairman of Global Creative & Executive Chairman, Ogilvy India, remarked of the campaign.

It was all about touching people’s emotions while telling their stories about how Welspun had impacted their lives in so many ways.
