30th July is widely known as International Friendship Day and it’s a joyous occasion for people to celebrate the special people in their lives. It’s an excellent opportunity for people to point out their appreciation for all the wonderful things friends enable them to try to do by getting together and celebrating. Although this year it’s been difficult to remain on the brink of friends thanks to the pandemic, people came together online to rejoice their friendship.

On this Friendship Day, Dunzo seems to be within the mood for one cool party. To celebrate the occasion, the hyperlocal delivery app has invited other brand mascots. How can we know? Just take a glance at its Instagram post.

The brand said, “Dunya and Harri are ready to celebrate the #FriendshipDayParty with their fellow mascots. What percentage of mascots are you able to spot?” Brands lecture or tagging one another isn’t new, but someone to say several together may be a bit uncommon.

At first glance, we saw the subsequent brands and brand mascots:

Amul’s girl.

Onida’s devil.

Hutch (now Vodafone) pug.

Vodafone Zoozoos.

Parle-G girl.

Air India’s maharaja.

Tiger of Britannia Tiger Shakti biscuit.

Boomer.

Ambuja Cement.

Fevicol.

Sunfeast biscuits.

Phantom cigarettes.

MDH uncle.

Frooti.

Woodland.

Indian railways.

Dhara oil.

And Dunzo’s Dunya and Harri, of course.

Air India and Tiger among others made an appearance during this post. It shows a spirit of positivity at a difficult time when brands got to close to assist rebuild the economy. It’s also a pleasing break free from the aggressive competition within the market to ascertain brands close to celebrate their friendship.
