Strategic communications and change management firm Williams Nicolson produces audacious, quantifiable results. We will provide you with the tools you need to lead your peers, close the transaction, and revolutionize your business. We offer to provide executives through market instability, global competitiveness, and technological transformation with the greatest strategic counsel and specialized resources.

There has never been a more crucial time to manage your reputation that is more difficult. Although technology allows for direct communication with stakeholders, there is fierce competition for their attention. Your strategy must be effective to influence the right people, your content must be compelling enough to be heard above the din, and your metrics must verify audience comprehension and impact.

Williams Nicolson, a firm for change management and strategic communications, has engaged Mary Walsh as a strategic advisor. For eleven years prior, Walsh served as the executive committee’s head of communications for the Eurostar cross-Channel rail service. She managed the company’s environmental and community program at the time, assisted in the company’s recapitalization during the epidemic, and controlled both internal and external communications.

She managed communications for several mergers and acquisitions, regulatory reviews, and a campaign with the UK government on flexible working arrangements at Lloyds Banking Group, where she had previously served as director of corporate relations. In her new role, Walsh will work with Williams Nicolson Chairman Nick Bowers as well as special advisors Phil McManus, Paul Kelly, and Paul Newman.

Before joining Deutsche Bank, Bowers had executive positions at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Louise Nicolson, a partner at Williams Nicolson who co-founded the company with Steffan Williams last year, believes Mary’s extensive understanding of managing communications in complex, regulated organizations is priceless.

She will be a fantastic addition to our team because she was an early user of ESG and a fervent supporter of justice and equality. The company is at a pivotal point in its development, and Walsh stated, I am thrilled to join Williams Nicolson at this time. I look forward to working with the team to maximize growth potential and advance the business.
