Poco has recently launched their brand new smartphone, the Poco X3, in India after a short wait. This smartphone launched would be the successor to Poco X2 and has hit the selected European markets already, earlier this year.
The Poco X3 is the latest smartphone with an impressive hardware including a 120 Hz display, the Snapdragon 732 G SoC and an aggressive quad-camera set-up. The price of the phone is on the higher side, and the device is being retailed for an entry-level 6 GB + 64 GB at a starting price of Rs 16,999.
For Rs 18,499, the centre version with 6GB+128 GB variant is now offered. For Rs 19,999, the superior one will be available for retail with a 6 GB RAM and 256GB storage. Like other Poco smartphones, even this version is an exclusive for Flipkart, available on 29 September.
Compared to the global device variant, the Poco X3 comes in India with a larger battery and no NFC. The remaining key characteristics between the two devices remain the same.
Therefore, a 6.67-inch view will pump out Full HD+ resolution and run at a smooth 120-Hz refresh rate with a sample rate of 240mss tactile. The panel is an IPS LCD and the company opts for keeping costs under control using an AMOLED panel.
Under the hood, we have the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 732 G chipset, which the company claims to have significant performance enhancements over the Snapdragon 7 30 G of last year. Interestingly, this is also the first phone to use the Processor.
This chipset has a RAM of 6 GB and storage space of up to 256 GB. The company’s LiquidCool 1.0 Plus device is going to sustain this cool core hardware. A 6000mAh battery is also included with the Poco X3, which can be charged with a 33W quick charger in the case. An IR blaster and a fingerprint scanner are available on the phone.
Corning Gorilla Glass 5 has an IP53 designation and sheets on the safety unit.
The Poco X3 has a quad-camera configuration on the back of the cameras. A Sony IMX682 64-megapixel f/1.9 aperture sensor with a 13-megapixel ultra-wide corner f/2.2 aperture is included in the frame. In addition, 2-megapixel dual cameras are available for macro and depth shoots. The Poco X3 is fitted with a special camera for the Selfie.
