DP World International League T20 season 3 will be inaugurated with blockbuster clash between the defending champions MI Emirates and Dubai Capitals at the Dubai International Stadium in what would be a rematch of Season 2’s final. The first ball will be delivered at 8:45 pm IST on 11th January, 2025, post a star-studded opening ceremony.
With Nicholas Pooran as captain and the likes of Kieron Pollard, Romario Shepherd, Alzarri Joseph and Fazalhaq Farooqi in the mix, MI Emirates will have a strong squad and will be aiming to defend their title.
Dubai Capitals, the runners-up of the previous edition, will be led by David Warner, who has expressed his determination to play a more significant role in building on their success in the third season. The team has a strong roster of players with stars like Joe Burns, Shai Hope, Dasun Shanaka, Rovman Powell, Sam Billings, Sikandar Raza, and more.

The third season of the DP World ILT20 will run from 11 January to 9 February 2025. All 34 matches will be played across three venues – Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The truly international league’s six franchise teams include Abu Dhabi Knight Riders, Desert Vipers, Dubai Capitals, Gulf Giants, MI Emirates and Sharjah Warriorz.
